Some of the top business leader in Lancashire, descended upon the glorious Stanley House to attend the 2009 'Lancashire Business Awards'. Festivities got underway with a rendition of Nessun Dorma, by star of the future Daniel Alexander, while classically trained guitarist Robin Hill wowed the late stayers to round off the night.

MC for the evening Mr Jim Hancock, was on top form, as he delivered a consumate performance as host.

BEST BUSINESS ADVISOR: Daniel Milnes (Forbes);
PROPERTY PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR: Mick Goode (Croft Goode);
PROPERTY ADVISOR: Chris Scott (DWF);
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT: Rob Salter (Moore and Smalley);
ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR: Jeremy Gorick (Stonehouse Orion).
