Preston business leader Frank McKenna has been named as 'spin doctor' for West Lancashire MP Rosie Cooper. The chairman of private sector business group Downtown Preston In Business and a formerLancashire County Council deputy leader, has taken on the part-time role after Ms Cooper was reselected to fight the next general election.
He will join a team spearheaded by constituency manager Chris Mawdsley.
Ms Cooper said: "Frank left full-time politics five years ago, and has gone on to build a very successful business and I am delighted he has taken up this new role."
