Lancashire Property Forum
The Chairman of East Lancashire’s ELEVATE initiative, and Deputy Chairman of Preston North End, David Taylor will be the keynote speaker at the inaugural Lancashire Property Forum seminar, hosted by DPIB, in association with the Northwest Development Agency, DWF Solicitors and Moore & Smalley.
Awarded a CBE for his services to urban regeneration, David Taylor was also an advisor to the former Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott, and will present his views on Preston and Lancashire’s future, along with examples of the major projects he has been involved in.
