Property & Enterprise Forum

The Downtown Preston Property & Enterprise forum offers members the opportunity of discussing the latest initiatives and issues affecting Preston’s regeneration and economic growth.

Since its launch in 2007, the Property & Enterprise forum has received presentations from leading entrepreneurs and decision- makers, including Government Minister James Purnell, regeneration expert David Taylor, NWDA Chief Executive Steve Broomhead and the project management team of the Tithebarn project, Anthony Gill and Richard Coppell.

Four high profile forum events are planned for 2010 with the aim of forming a recognized and established property liaison group that will provide information and advice to public sector organisations on a regular basis.
